Your Property DNA belongs to you. We never sell, rent or share your data with third parties for marketing. If you delete your account, your data is permanently removed.
What we collect
Account details (name, email), your property documents and photos, the metadata your device attaches to uploads, and diagnostic events needed to keep the platform reliable.
How we protect it
All documents are encrypted at rest and in transit. Access is scoped per user, per property. Sensitive operations require re-authentication.
Our AI
AI features process your property content to generate scans, suggestions and search. We do not use your private property data to train foundation models.
Your rights
You can export, correct or delete your data at any time from your account settings. For anything else, email privacy@domidna.com.
